#1 All Systems Hair Re-Vitalizer, Texturizer, & Instant Anti-Static Coat Spray is ready to use, but may be diluted with water or mixed with your favorite #1 All Systems Conditioner and water. Whenever possible use distilled water for mixing. Mist coat lightly and brush the coat in place.
