Typographical Errors and Inaccuracies
Cherrybrook will use reasonable efforts to include accurate and current information, however there may be occasions when information on the website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, images, pricing, availability, and other content. Cherrybrook reserves the right to correct any errors and to update Site information at any time, or to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on incorrect information.

3. Next Day Curbside pick-up is available. Place a pick-up order online and call us to schedule next day pick-up.

What Payment Options are available?
All orders must be prepaid. Sorry, no C.O.D.
Payment methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Please include expiration date, name, and billing address as it appears on the card and the 3-digit security code on the back of the card.
All orders are subject to a fraud review via a third party application No Fraud. An order may fail this fraud review for any number of reasons that are outside of Cherrybrook's control. for more information about No Fraud please visit their FAQ Page.
When is the Customer Service Department available?
Our expert Customer Service Team is here to answer your questions! They are available by phone at 1-800-524-0820 Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm (East Coast Time). Please have your order number and/or any relevant information available when reaching out to our team.
Please note that our expertise and history in the dog world means we get a lot of pet care related questions! If we cannot answer the phones right away, or you do not receive an immediate response to your call/email please know we are always working hard to respond as quickly as possible. Please leave us a voicemail or send us an email and we will reach out as soon as we can.

Do you "sell" my name or address information?
Cherrybrook takes pride in protecting our customer's privacy by not selling our mailing list or e-mail list. You can feel confident that your name will not be entered into a barrage of databases when you do business with us.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway provider's database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
We do not keep sensitive information such as credit card numbers on file.
What is Cherrybrook's Website Cookies Policy?
Enabling your browser's cookies setting is required while shopping at the Cherrybrook web site. This cookie information is used to maintain the shopping cart in a session. Normally this type of cookie (session cookie) will be removed from computer memory as soon as your browser is closed. Cherrybrook does not use cookies to store security-sensitive information such as E-mail address, User Id, password, and credit card number. If your browser's cookie setting is turned off, you may not be able to put items into your shopping cart.
Why am I being charged a Sales Tax?
Cherrybrook is registered to do business and required to collect and pay sales tax on merchandise, and/or shipping and handling in compliance with each state's own laws and regulations regarding online commerce and taxation. Cherrybrook must collect all required taxes accordingly.
Unless otherwise noted, items are subject to sales tax in all states except for Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon.
In states imposing sales/use taxes, your purchase is not exempt from taxation solely because it was made online.
Why was the discount not applied to my order?
Many of our sales require a coupon code that needs to be entered manually at checkout. Coupon codes are often for a limited period of time. Coupon codes will be listed our website banner, in your email, or on our social pages. Please refer to sales material for date restrictions.
Some discounts may require an order minimum which is calculated on product subtotal before shipping/sales tax charges.
Some discounts may only apply to certain products and not the full line of offerings on our website.
Our website will allow for only one coupon code per order. Most coupon codes and promotions are limited to one redemption per order and may not be combined with any other offer or discount. All sales, promotions, coupons or offers are only valid while supplies last. In the case of a free item or BOGO offer, the lowest priced item is free/discounted and is subject to a substitution based on availability.
The product I want to purchase is on sale but out of stock, can I get the discount when it’s back in stock?
Unfortunately discounts are only valid on in-stock merchandise while supplies last. While we are unable to extend an offer on out of stock merchandise, we do offer frequent sales and promotional offers throughout the month. Please join our mailing list to keep updated on current promotions.
