Tip of the scissors stopped cutting after using to scissors 2 dogs. Didn’t drop them or hit them at all. Just aren’t sharp

All of my clients comment on how great the scent is and how long it last. I bought the full size bottle and I’m so glad I did! I love the bottles they’re a very durable thick glass. One of my dogs knocked the bottle off my grooming table and my heart sank as I watched it fall thinking it would break and it didn’t which was a relief since it was a full bottle. Shipping with Igroom has always been very prompt. I placed a new order 2 days ago and it showed up today in Illinois from Texas. Like I had mentioned in another review I really wish you guys would make a type of scratch and sniff sample for even like 5 dollars of all of your scents that you could send to your clients!
